Tools for ADHD & Neurodivergent Families
It shouldn't be this hard.
Every parent has hard days. But there's a difference between hard and this. If nothing seems to stick, you haven't failed — you just haven't found what works for your kid yet.
We've been there. So we built the tools we wished existed: practical guides for the mornings, the meltdowns, the transitions — the stuff that's genuinely hard when your kid's brain works differently. What worked for us, put together properly.
Start with the hardest part of your day. You don't have to fix everything at once.
The how, not just the what
The tools and the guidance to use them. Because a visual card on the wall doesn't do much without a bit of context.
From one parent to another
Created by Nina, who reads the research, learns from families, and figures it out in real time with her own child. So your job can just be your kid.
Start in 20 minutes
Each toolkit is a short online guide with a quick-start section you can use tonight. The science, troubleshooting, and age-specific guidance is there when you want it. PDF download available if you prefer it on paper.

Who we are
Cool, Calm, Connected started because Nina was desperate. Her son had been hard since he was two, and after six years of reading, listening, and trying everything, she wanted to build the place she'd been looking for. Somewhere honest. Somewhere other parents could find what works without being sold a miracle.
Anne has had a front row seat to all of it. She's the one who takes the messy raw material of what works for us and turns it into guides you can pick up and use.
Every product is reviewed by a licensed clinical psychologist (PsyD) specializing in neurodivergent youth and families.
